Get To Know Us

Learn about the heart of this company and the faces behind the phones.

This is Chuck LeBar. He is the founder and owner of Magnolia Lawn and honestly one of the nicest men you’ll ever meet. Originally, Chuck went to school to be an English major. He enjoyed writing, but in the midst of his course of studies he became friends with someone who was a Forestry major and subsequently fell head over heels in love with the plant world.  From there his path changed as he turned to Landscape Horticulture, majoring in woody ornamentals with an emphasis in design. Thus bloomed (pun intended) the idea of starting a company to help others achieve beautiful landscapes.

Meet Adam, Chuck’s eldest son. To those of you who have been with us for some time, you’ve come to know him very well. Like his father, Adam is a kind soul who is always happy to help and put others first. In his spare time this young man can rock the guitar and fix up cars like no other. If you choose us for your lawn care needs (which you should, we really love what we do), you may see him checking in to ensure everything is as it should be.

This gem is Joann and she is a hoot and a half. She has been with the company for a very long time and is knowledge able of all things lawn care and Christmas Décor. She will be happy to help with whatever you need and guide you correctly if you’re uncertain.  Whenever you call our main office, one of this lovely lady will be there to assist you with a cheerful tone.

This is me, Ariel. I’m the person who checks in with you to ensure your satisfaction, and if there are any issues, I work to resolve them promptly.  I have been blessed to know and be apart of the LeBar family since I was a wee little girl. I got to grow up with their boys and felt as if I had extra brothers by my side. Outside of Magnolia I am a photographer and I love being creative and artistic with any opportunity I get. We all love working for Magnolia Lawn, and I like to think it shows.
